Vixpod Motion is a creative agency providing video editing, motion graphics, short-form content editing, brand content, thumbnails, social media visuals, and related creative services.
Our services may include video editing, Reels, Shorts, and TikTok editing, YouTube video editing, motion graphics, colour correction and colour grading, sound cleanup, thumbnail design, brand content creation, creative consultation, and social media content support.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, try to hack or disrupt it, copy or steal website content, use it for spam, fraud, or illegal activity, or submit false, harmful, offensive, or misleading information.
We may restrict access to our website or services if we believe someone is misusing them.
Vixpod Motion may offer free or paid consultations. When booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, country, time zone, and project requirements.
If you cannot attend a scheduled consultation, please inform us in advance. We may reschedule or cancel consultations at our discretion. A consultation does not guarantee that we will accept your project or provide services unless both parties agree to the project terms.
Before starting a project, the client must provide all required materials, instructions, references, files, brand guidelines, deadlines, and project details.
The client is responsible for making sure all files and content shared with us are legal to use, that they have permission to use footage, music, images, logos, scripts, or brand assets provided, that instructions are clear and complete, that feedback is provided on time, and that final approvals are given before publishing or using the work.
Vixpod Motion is not responsible for delays caused by missing files, unclear instructions, late feedback, or changes in project direction.
Prices for our services may vary depending on the project type, complexity, deadline, revision requirements, and amount of work involved. Before starting paid work, we may provide a quote, package price, or custom proposal.
Payment terms may include full payment before work starts, partial advance payment, milestone-based payments, monthly package payments, or final payment before delivery of final files. Work may not begin until the required payment or advance amount is received. Vixpod Motion reserves the right to pause or stop work if payment is delayed or not completed.
Revision terms depend on the selected package or project agreement. A revision means small changes to the existing approved direction, such as trimming, text correction, minor pacing changes, or small visual adjustments.
Revisions do not include a complete change in concept, re-editing from scratch, new footage replacement after editing is completed, major creative direction changes, extra deliverables not included in the original agreement, or changes caused by incomplete or incorrect instructions from the client. Additional revisions or major changes may require extra charges.
Delivery timelines depend on the project size, complexity, client response time, and workload. We always try to deliver work on time, but delays may happen due to late client feedback, missing files, technical issues, changes in project scope, emergency situations, internet, software, or platform issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Any delivery date shared by Vixpod Motion is an estimated timeline unless clearly agreed in writing as a guaranteed deadline.
Final deliverables may include edited video files, thumbnails, graphics, or other agreed materials. Unless agreed otherwise, we may provide final files in standard formats such as MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG, or other suitable formats.
Project files, raw editing files, source files, timelines, presets, templates, and working files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing. If the client needs project files or source files, extra charges may apply.
The client keeps ownership of the original content, footage, logos, scripts, and brand assets they provide to Vixpod Motion. The client confirms that they have the legal right to use and share all content provided to us.
Vixpod Motion is not responsible for copyright claims, music claims, platform strikes, takedowns, legal disputes, or third-party claims caused by materials provided by the client.
After full payment is received, the client may use the final approved deliverables for the agreed purpose.
Vixpod Motion may retain ownership of creative methods, editing styles, templates, workflows, project files, presets, internal assets, and source files created during the project unless specifically transferred in writing. The client must not claim ownership of Vixpod Motion's internal systems, templates, processes, or reusable creative assets.
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, Vixpod Motion may use completed work, screenshots, previews, or short clips for portfolio display, website showcase, social media posts, case studies, promotional content, and client result examples.
If a project is confidential, private, unreleased, or under NDA, the client must inform Vixpod Motion clearly in writing.
Some projects may use stock footage, music, sound effects, fonts, plugins, AI tools, templates, or third-party assets. Licensing terms for third-party assets may vary. The client may be responsible for purchasing or maintaining required licences for commercial use.
Vixpod Motion is not responsible for copyright issues caused by unlicensed third-party materials requested or provided by the client.
Vixpod Motion may use AI-assisted tools for creative support, such as idea generation, sound cleanup, animation assistance, design support, image references, or workflow improvement.
AI tools are used to support the creative process, not to replace professional review. Final work is reviewed and refined according to the project requirements. The client must inform us in advance if they do not want AI-assisted tools used in their project.
Because creative services require time, planning, and labour, payments may be non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds may not be available for completed work, work already started, strategy, consultation, or planning time, custom editing work, missed deadlines caused by client delay, change of mind after work begins, or approved final deliverables. If a client cancels before work starts, Vixpod Motion may decide whether a partial refund is possible after deducting payment gateway fees, planning time, consultation time, or administrative costs. Refund decisions are handled case by case.
Vixpod Motion may pause or terminate a project if payment is not completed, client communication stops, required files are not provided, the client behaves abusively or unprofessionally, the project involves illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content, or the client repeatedly changes requirements beyond the agreed scope.
If a project is terminated due to client delay, non-payment, or misuse, Vixpod Motion may retain payment for work already completed or time already spent.
We may refuse projects that involve illegal content, hate speech, harassment, scams or fraud, misleading advertising, adult or explicit content, political manipulation, violence promotion, copyright-infringing material, or content that violates platform rules or applicable law.
Vixpod Motion reserves the right to reject any project at our discretion.
Vixpod Motion may help improve the quality, presentation, and performance potential of creative content. However, we do not guarantee specific results, such as viral reach, follower growth, sales, leads, revenue, engagement numbers, platform ranking, or ad performance.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including content quality, audience, platform algorithm, posting strategy, budget, niche, and market conditions.
Our website or services may connect to third-party platforms such as Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, payment providers, file-sharing tools, analytics tools, or booking tools.
We are not responsible for the actions, errors, downtime, privacy practices, or policies of third-party platforms. The client is responsible for following the rules and terms of any platform where the final content is uploaded or used.
Your use of our website and services may involve sharing personal information with Vixpod Motion. We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
Both Vixpod Motion and the client agree to treat confidential project information with reasonable care. Confidential information may include unreleased videos, brand plans, business information, private files, campaign details, or project strategy.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently known, legally required to be disclosed, or shared with permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vixpod Motion will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, platform penalties, or reputational harm.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.
The client agrees to protect and hold Vixpod Motion harmless from claims, damages, losses, penalties, legal costs, or disputes arising from content provided by the client, copyright or trademark issues, false or misleading information supplied by the client, misuse of final deliverables, violation of third-party rights, or violation of laws or platform policies.
Vixpod Motion may update, modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.
We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last updated date. By continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute related to these Terms, our website, or our services will be handled under applicable Indian laws and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by law.
